AUCKLAND – LEVEL 3

Auckland is moved to Level 3 as at 1290 12 August.  This means gatherings of any more than 10 people are banned, save for wedding services, funerals, or tangihanga.

People will be encouraged to work from home but are not required to, as businesses will be allowed to open, if they do not interact directly with customers.

Businesses that do have direct interactions with customers like restaurants will not be able to open, although delivery food services are allowed to continue.
