How to Visit the Park

Bruce Pulman Park is situated in the Papakura District.
The physical address is 90 - 138 Walters Road with access from Walters Road and Porchester Road.

From Auckland [Motorway - State Hwy 1] and the Airport, [Hwy 20 and State Hwy 1]  - Take the southern motorway and exit off at the Takanini interchange. Travel south along Great South Rd towards Papakura. Take a left at the first big roundabout [Southgate Shopping Centre] that you come to. This is Walters Road. Go over the railway lines and through one more roundabout and you will find Bruce Pulman Park on your left. It takes 20 mins from the city.

From South - [Motorway - State Hwy 1] - Head North on the southern motorway and exit off at the  Takanini exit. Travel south along Great South Rd towards Papakura. Take a left at the first big roundabout [Southgate Shopping Centre] that you come to. This is Walters Road. Go over the railway lines and through one more roundabout and you will find Bruce Pulman Park on your left. It takes 70 mins from Hamilton

By Train -  The nearest station is at Takanini about 7 minutes walk to the Park.  Be aware of the necessity to cross the rail lines in a safe manner. Arrangements can be made for a pickup from the station with prior booking.
